Jan Pazicky built the organ in the Church of St. Nicholas, in the small Slovakian village of Kovarce in 1768.  Iveta Zatkova has selected music that demonstrates the qualities of this instrument – not without modifications down the decades – by a mainly Baroque programme of European composers, some of whom are rare indeed!  An organ specification is included in the liner notes, printed in Czech and English.
