The latest instalment in the ongoing Arta series of Dvorak Symphonies played on period instruments by Musica Florea conducted by Marek Stryncl, presents his little known Third Symphony of 1874, which is in three movements, and Tragic Overture, composed originally by Dvorak for his opera Alfred.  Both selections are heavily influenced by Wagner.  The bonus Polonaise will surprise!
